My wife's phone however got stuck in a re-boot loop. It is certainly disappointing! I want my pixel 3 xl back.

This ad claims the phone is unlocked, but i just came from t-mobile and they cannot activate it. They claim the phone was in fact sim locked. A 5 year old phone is way faster at unlocking than this brand new phone.
