Pros

The phone is beautifully designed and pretty to use. It isn't the greatest but it's also not “terrible’ or “unusable. Camera is great and it’s super customizable.

This phone is faster, has more ram, 5g, bigger battery and higher screen refresh rate. It has a nice adaptive charging feature to protect your battery when overnight charging. It's not stellar battery performance but it's very good.

Feels x3 times heavier than pixel 4a. X telephoto and taller screen are the only real upgrades.

Cons

This phone is not ready for prime time. It is a japanese and not a us model, meaning you don't get any official google service or warranty! Should have stayed with moto z. Battery drain is horrible and for something with a 5000 mamp battery, it should... Read More

This phone has the worst fingerprint reader in years. This phone is not easy to customize. Users are forced to keep all of the apps individually displayed in the app tray.

Price

Not worth the money, the battery is useless.

However the galaxy is $500 more so it makes sense.

While it's ok, for the price it should work flawlessly and doesn't.

Shipping

At one point in the afternoon i got an email stating the package was delivered and was signed for.

Amazon shipped the phone in a half empty box without any airbags.

My issue is with the delivery - the order said i would have to sign for it which is fine.

Packaging/appearance

The package was very well protected to make sure that the product showed up to me and good working condition.

I am trying out a camera lens protector because they came in the box with my screen protectors.

I only checked instagram as often as hours past and notifications by unlocking the device, if it was a whatsapp i opened and replied.
