I am very happy with the product!
For $7, i will use it for a while and replace with another product.
Like it and fits my pixel very well and the quality is very good
I returned the product but it was not because i didn't like it, and definitely had nothing to do with the service i received.
Price
It was just to small for our phone but it was really nice for the cost .
Packaging/appearance
It's not always easy to work through the plastic to the screen.
The only problem i encountered was on really hot days my sweat would get into the pocket.

You are able to use the touchscreen while the phone is in the casei was slightly worried about this due to the fact there were a couple reviews that said you were unable to

Protects the phone in the event of rain with a flap completely covering the phone

Only compliant is that it requires you to remove any case that you have attached to you phone even if its fairly slim mine is to fully enclose the phone and access any buttons

That said my google pixel wcase does slide in with mild coaxing but the top flap wont close
