You get 3 of these badboys to work with and they are stupidly easy to setup. Easiest setup of my life.
Fibre with a speed of 350mbs. It's been consistant throughout and maintains the highspeeds from the base router. New 300mbps. Speed tests are showing 80+ mbps in all areas, this is on the 100mb package.

Using the google home app it is easy to set up. Connects the initial router point to the main broadband hub. If you want to change your internet provider all you have to do is register this device on your network.
Cons
There is a known incompatibility with ios devices. There is no way to disable the 2. It does not work with directsave broadband.
The mesh is rubbish and speeds are atrocious even through we have gigabit fibre to the router. These are more like extenders but less reliable.

The previous setup would constantly lag particularly as you moved around the house and it reconnected to a different pod or the hub it certainly wasn’t a mesh system as claimed

The kids were moaning constantly so i did some research and opted for google wifi in the hope it would resolve the issues

In fact they haven’t mentioned the wifi at all which is how it should be when it works it just works and should go unnoticed in the background
