Cons

Product is not simple plug and play. This is bogus. Stay clear. Beware - if it’s too good to be true, it probably is.

These routers are incompatible with ios. Google dropped the functionality when they integrated it into the google home app. T-mobile tech support is no help.

After many aggravating troubleshooting sessions, switched to a tp deco and am happy. It's possible we could have received a defective system. It only comes with a 1 year warranty, unfortunately like many things these days.

These were so easy to install and really amps up my internet speed and allows my wifi to be strong on all floors of my house.

Work great; easy to set up, even for a non-techy person.

My issue with the google mesh routers is that it is not communicated well that they need to be in a star topology.

Put this on my att fiber internet since it repeatedly would turn off and tell me no internet available.
