Pros
This phone holder is sturdy and quite rigid. You can rotate and adjust the holder to whichever position you would like.
The neck is pretty sturdy, but not super difficult to bend or manoeuvre. The only negatives of this is that the neck could be a little longer and the phone holder a bit more compact/slimmer.
It * easily and securely to my desk/table/counter/etc. The clamp feels solid and doesn't move at all when secured.
The gooseneck is very good quality, easy to use and very sturdy. Helps with staying productive while multi-tasking. The product is a great quality and is packaged well.
Great buy. Would definitely recommend. Definitely recommend buying. Purchased another one for my wife. Would highly recommend.
Cons
Epic fail. The clip is so difficult to attach. The bottom joint part becomes loose after 2 time uses and can not hold the weight of the holder itself.

The head ball joint is weak but my easy fix is to have it straight up and just lean it where needed so it doesnt tip
