Pros
Works great, very powerful. It works beautifully! Pump works wonderfully well. Works great exactly as advertised!
It is super quiet and really circulates the water. Since i need to clean my skimmer basket so often, it's nice to have the self-priming feature of this pump.
Cons
Lid dose not seal - fills with air. No connectors for my above ground pool. Esta bomba no sirve, no trae sello de caucho.

I usually do not put any review this product works i recommend it.
I currently run my pump twice a day for 6 hours, which is what i used with the original pump.
It was hard to match up with the filter that we purchased from amazon as well.
I forsee being able to run only 8 hrs a day when we are done with the cleanout from winter.
Packaging/appearance
No issues, worked perfectly out of the box.
But, it leaks around the plastic, see-through, unscrewable cover over the strainer.

Just installed this to replace an intex sand filter pump that went bad.
My pool is 15' x 30' oval with about 13,500 gallon capacity.
On a 18x42 above ground pool by intex.

I thought i had missing parts as it came with no big oring to seal the lid on and as a result it wouldnt prime
