Pros

Support bar can be used to lift the transmission by the pitch stop bracket on top of the transmission. Perfect for shade tree mechanic. I've been a mechanic for decades and trust me, there is more to know than any instruction set can give you.

Cons

The weight of the motor will cause the bolt to break if it can't be properly tightened down. Had to clean threads with dye and add to thick washers to account for the length.
