Pros
Three bolts and plug in like tail lights. No problem lifting tongue on 27ft. Bolted on no problems. But this beats cranking my big boat up by hand by miles. Every time) ahem.
Cons
When retracting the jack, the motor seems to make a loud clicking sound every few seconds. Currently seeking refund with seller. No response from seller.
Had to unscrew the top of the unit, disassemble the gears and use a monkey wrench to lower the trailer on the truck hitch. Failed on third use to move camper. It's on a camper so it barely even got used.
