It allows me to rest my toes on the base and gits perfectly on the top of my thighs. Easy set up too, all you need is two wrenches. Love this at the gym but cancelled my membership.

The parts on the picture are number however the parts themselves aren't. It has some bolts missing and it has a very confusing instructions. Main support beam bent after 3 weeks.
