Good bench for the value would be better if you didn’t have to waste so much time to adjust it but fully unscrewing the knobs for each movement

Is a sturdy piece of equipment once assembled it is nice and solid unlike more expensive benches that are rickety and wiggle as you move on them

The bench i recieved had some cosmetic damage but this is not the sellers fault the fault lies with the shipper ups as apparently they couldnt read the fragile sign on the side of the box

The con is that if your less than 59 your feet will not touch the holders and it renders this unit pretty useless

Easy to assemble a bench is a bunch so you cant really ask for too much just didnt like the fact you have to screw in the bolt to adjust the bench every time so i had to customize it and drill the hole on the other side and put a pin
