The size is a little small so if you are 6ft or taller you may feel a bit squeezed using some of the stations

The inclined bench is too far forward to use the main barbell rack so you may have to do an inclined bench press with dumbbells

As a matter of fact my set came without instructions and i was able to assemble it looking at the amazon photos in about 40 minutes with about another 10 minutes to tighten up all the bolts

A ratchet and box wrench is all you need to assemble 14 and 17 mm
