Nicely packaged, lid closes pretty tightly preventing the loss of temperature.
Gave this to my brother for a birthday gift with his picture on came out perfect
I was shocked when i received this cold insulated box.

Btw… the handles and the latches as well as the seal is awesome and makes it better than most other cookers except the big brands !
