It's super comfortable but my feet dangle 10 inches off the ground at the lowest height so i just cross my legs in the seat. It's comfortable and i have fallen asleep in it plenty of times with my dog in my lap.

Aesthetically, the chair is clean and quite cute with its pink and white color scheme. Would definitely, recommend this chair. The lovely pink color matches the decoration of my room very well.

The cup holder is extremely shallow and seems better suited for a child's sippy cup. The massage is just a vibration, not as good as i hoped. It's comfortable, reclines, vibrates and that's it!

Honestly, just typing this infuriates me. Awful customer service. Not happy whatsoever with this. I all within the 6 months the chair is trash.

This is very disappointing. Wasted $300+ on this. They ran you around in order not to give you a refund.
