Pros

A little maintenance with a light vinegar solution every 10-15 hours of use prevents clogging from hard water minerals. It cleans just about any surface too. No harsh chemicals.

Cons

Not really a steam cleaner. The most i'd call it is luke warm. This thing is dangerous. Exploded in my face.
