The orange float is on top and easy to see. When you release your go pro underwater, this brings it up to the surface rather than have it sink to the bottom. The floaty also gives it somewhat of a better grip if you have just the camera and the floaty... Read More

Cons

One of the doors is a millimeter larger than the other one and will not fit your gopro casing if you mistakenly chose the wrong one. Doesn't fit my gopro (hero 3+ silver) this is designed to float the camera only.

Packaging/appearance

Only problem, if you have a view-screen on the back of your gopro, you won't be able to see the screen.
