The big issue that a lot of people seem to have is the overheating problem. Fortunately for me, i have a friend that has the model 8 that he allowed me to borrow for comparison. Do not go by the amazon reviews alone.

New natural color profile of the 10 is really clear, and reduces noise. Gopro has an app that allows me to connect the device to my iphone. Original 3enduro 5.

Gopro 10 takes very good footage outdoors and with lots of light. Small size fits in my trail running vest pocket. All the mods are now gopro brand and fit really nicely.

Cons

The camera gives an overheating error and turns off after 10-15 minutes of recording. The dual battery charger only works on one battery port. Footage is nice but the drawback of overheating and missing footage opportunity is annoying.

The hero10 is way more prone to overheating. The unit keeps on shutting off with no remote notifications. The battery life is brutal - 40 minutes tops.

First time gopro buyer here and extremely frustrated at the product and the customer service. When you want to return it, you will see return refund or replacement available.

Gopro only allows you to use their extremely limited quik app but only on a cell phone. I have 26 gb of free space on my iphone, but no matter what i do, the quik app tells me that there is not enough space on the phone. The video is not usable for an... Read More
