Pros
Great price, seems well made. Would be great for underwater filming. Love that they took in consideration of the mics, the audio is pretty much the same judging by ear.
Threaded nut allows the camera to be mounted right side up or upside down. There should be a cut away so when mounted upside down, the battery door can be opened and changed.
Cons
Ripped on second use while installing camera. Buy something more durable.
Too much hassle to return to gopro. Returned it and promptly got a second one. Do not buy. No crazy adventure.

The latest versions(including gopro 8) are supposed to be waterproof right out of the box.

Took it with me to mlb opening day it was better then trying to sneak in a selfie stick.
I have several gopros, and it's only for the 8!

Would have been nice to include a way to add filters and not having access to the battery door is not ideal but i did see videos of people cutting it to make it accessible

I use the inside loop to hang around my neck and it will not drop at all

So i do not understand why there is no cutout for the battery door so we do not have to remove the case to change batteries

The material the case made of feels like silicone and does not retain fingerprints and easy to clean
