This is has ability to open under the arm and around if you want to vent once you heat up, now comes the really design part that only gore would come up with the sleeves zip off, yep, and no it does not turn into a vest it is a normal jersy sleeve, access is hard on riding but i am not a competitor or bike live or die person, just reactional who bikes at least 3 to 7 days a week.  Read Less
