This jacket's goretex tecnology is simply excellent!
Useful from sub-freezing temperatures up to around 60f, depending on layering.
Naturally it has great wind resistance, but it also will keep water out for quite a while in all but heavy downpours.
The jacket worked fantastic, repelled water from the heavy fog and after the ride i wasn't wet at all inside, only himid.
Price
This product is more expensive than many on the market but worth it.

I have been searching and investigating for months and initially had been looking at non goretex jackets but wasnt sure how they would work with letting the sweat vapor go out as they all said 34breathable34

I have used this jacket 3 times here in lima peru two times under foggy cold and humid conditions and one time in partially cloudy sky but not even cool conditions

The goretex membrane really works letting vapor escape and at the same time keeping you warm enough even when not pushing it so hard or in descents
