Great value for the money and pulls easily,
(i'd gladly test that theory if you want to send one at your cost lol)the wheels are just what i need for my use.

I've asked for customer support and have waited 25 days without a reply.
Second, the wagon did have some light spots where it had been stressed from shipping or just handling.
Packaging/appearance
I got some very strong packing tape; i put all of the bolts and washers on the inside of the plastic base and covered them with the tape.
I really like the way the hardware was packaged.

The screws are vacuumed packed labeled 16 which correlated with the instructions
