The problem is still as with the previous model the assembly due to the problems with the carriage bolts and nuts

The slot ended soft carriage bolts with extremely difficult to turn coated nuts is a very poor design error

I had hoped that this new redesigned gorilla cart had corrected that problem which is responsible for very difficult assembly

I was disappointed that the manufacturer paid no attention to the very many complaints about this problem with the first design

I had sent back my purchase of the first design of the gorilla cart for this reason as the time and effort necessary to put the cart together was not worth the time and frustration involved

What i did this time and recommend is prior to trying to use the bolts and nuts on the wagon to first screw the nut down on the bolt with an open crescent wrench on the square portion of the bolt beneath the round head and a ½ rachet wrench on the nut screw the nut down and back up a couple of times before even trying to assemble a part on the cart with the bolt and nut

This will cut threads into the black coated part of the bolt which is causing most of the assembly problems

As for the square holes to supposedly anchor the carriage bolts to assist with the screwing on the nuts in the bed of the cart no help at all
