Pros

Although it was pricey it really is a great anti fatigue mat. Mats don't slide around on the floor; they make long prep and washing up afterward way more comfortable. The mat is nice and soft but you can trip on the thickness.

Great color and non slip. Looks great and fits perfectly. The color matches my floor perfectly.

Super comfortable for standing. But they mold to your feet and are very supportive. They work well in addition to my supportive shoes.

Cons

Gorilla grips are brittle and cracked, even peeling in spots. This presents a tripping hazard in the kitchen. I have radiant heat under the floors, so maybe that contributed to the problem.

The dirt just sticks to these things and they always look dingy. Collects food at bottom and very hard to clean up. Because it slides around so much, there are always crumbs that get stuck to the bottoms.
