Even in the thumb crease, it protects one from getting burned. I highly recommend these to anyone who cooks. They are safe to use up to 484 degrees f.
These are great for my massive hands, and they just perfectly fit around my wrists/forearms. Great heat resistance and comfortable interior for glove. My husband has thick farmer hands.
Cons
Gloves are too slippery to grip a beer bottle top with. It is virtually impossible to pick any kind of tray, small or shallow pan / dish out of a counter top oven / fryer with one hand without getting the glove in to the food. These are so massive the... Read More
