Pros
The food stays either cold or warm for a substantial period of time. It's definitely a leak-stopper that keeps your food secure. I use a cold pack and it's still got a chill at the end of the day.
The extra room definitely makes it easier to carry extra if needed, specially my bulky water bottle. The dimensions shown are reasonably correct for the 15 liter size. The plastic insert from my old one fit with about 2 inches cut off of the top.
This is the roomiest lunch bag on the market that doesn't look like a suitcase. This cooler bag is volumetrically the same, which is good for how much i tote.
The fabric cleans easily. It wipes clean very easily. They make perfect trash bags for wrappers and other debris.
It's pretty no frills which he likes and it's insulated. The insulation for this bag cooler is thinner, but it does not degrade how long the contents stay cool by much.
Cons
This bag is very cheaply made. The lack of structured sides to this bag make it flimsy. The zipper was broken in a month.

First off, the insulation on this bag is top-notch!
I take it to work five days a week and fit 8 or more water bottles, food.
Price
This lunch bag was at a good price and well made!
For such a great product i'm surprised at the affordability.
I needed one for a good price and found this one and read the reviews on it.
For the price, they are just fine.
Packaging/appearance
Larger than i was expecting but perfect for packing back and forth to work.
I had another 3 hour drive home and when i arrived at home and unpacked the bag, the ice packs had not melted very much more.
It's not perfect and it's not magic, but its a good lunch box.
Competitiveness
They are better than typical plastic foam lined shopping bags.

I was on a road trip and had put tubs of watermelon inside and one of the lids was not sealed fully and over the course of the road trip it got very hot in the car obviously leaving the watermelon to go bad

I just carry water gatorade and pop in this and its smaller than the one it was to replace so i couldnt carry as much as before but still get enough inside it to get me through the day

It is soft sided so if youre carrying sandwiches and chips then they could get smashed if something heavy gets placed on top of this
