Pros
Use under my 2-step kitchen rug (10 x 2. Needed it under my indoor/outdoor carpet by patio door. The downside to using them on hard floors…. I have a dog who loves to run down the stairs.

Feels like a big refresh for not a lot of money. There is some slight bunching after traffic but it is a significant improvement over the rug without the pad.
Cons
The item sticks to the floor great, but my rug gradually slips off item as it’s stepped on. It's fine for larger(5x7,8x10 or larger) but for smaller rugs they don't stay in place.

The directions recommend taping the corners of the gripper to the rug to prevent movement which was a problem with my old gripper so i used some doublesided tape to do that
