It;s not real sturdy and is very light almost feels like a silicone cover for a phone but should do not job.

Came rolled up but laid flat immediately and did not have any particular smell out the wrapper.

I needed more of a rectangle than square shape and this manufacturer offers a wider variety of sizes than is commonly available.
They are pricier than the mats from some competitors, but so worth it!

Remember this maymay not work if you have pipes through the underneath part of your sink cabinet
