Pros

Bought this after purchasing and loving the gotham pot with straining/locking lid about 5 mos ago. Pretty easy cleanup, seems durable. The whole family loves these pans, they are lightweight and easy to clean.

I like an egg over easy in the morningand this pan makes it over easy. Though functionality is more important, there is nothing wrong with wanting my cookware to remain cosmetically appealing.

Cons

Some of the finish was chipped off.

The picture reflects sticking from a fritter that was fried in olive oil. Frying eggs is a nightmare. Ordered the small fry pan and then ordered thr 12 skillet.

I have been using this pan for a while now and it is amazing, still so easy to clean, cooks evenly and nothing ever sticks.

Great heat distribution; truly non-stick and perfect size for most family meals.

The non-stick feature lasted just under 2 dozen uses i would say.

Everything in this pan seems to cook at about the same rate no matter where the placement.

Price

I think it is worth the price and the nonstick coating of any gotham steel item i’ve had is incredible.
