Pros

Perfect for frying bacon, making quesadillas, teriyaki chicken, and even frying mushrooms. Great to go from stove top to oven to finish off a dish. This skillet has been used almost daily for making blueberry pancakes for the past month.

Great pan. Wish it had a lid. I use a cookie sheet. Prompt order delivery.

Easy to clean, lightweight. Goes in the dishwasher. Looks good and cleans up very quickly. Easy to find amoung my black and chrome.

The coating is still perfect. The handle stays cool to touch, never heats up which is amazing. Plus, the pan heats up very fast. These pans are much better than teflon!

Cons

It is now sep not even 6 mo it is completely worthless. The handle on this pan is thin and very uncomfortable. Would not recommend.

My first attempt: i cracked an egg into the skillet, swirled it around (fully expecting a mess to clean up), but the egg didn't stick.

Eggs always run for the outer edge and will not cook in the middle.

Still a great value and i love the copper pans.

These pans are much better than teflon !

I probably won't buy another one but i'll use this one for as long as it lasts.
