I bake everything on this; cookies, tater tots, fish, anything that goes in the oven.
Cons
This is the 3rd cookie sheet that was warped, right out of the box! It’s on the baking area, and it has been hard to remove.

A bit of oil residue has proven impossible to remove in the corners but no more than 99 of nonstick pans we have ever used

We have some potspans like these and the nonstick is wearing so you wont be able to do the tv ad trick of cutting meat in them
