Pros

Hamburgers and hotdogs were made on this griddle. Great size for 30 ovens. Great for steaks, hamburger, chicken and pancakes.

It works beautifully and the clean-up is easy. Before cooking, put it on the stove on medium heat. Use a basting brush to coat a couple tablespoons oil or crisco.

Cons

Don't buy it. Smoked really bad. Inexpensive=poor quality. Disappointing waste of money.

The griddle is useless, and unreturnable due to the 30 days having elapsed. Do not believe the dishwasher safe claim. This item is too small and will not fit on the grill.

This pan is not at all non-stick 100%. Since then the pancakes stick so tight that i need to scrape the off with a metal spatula just to flip them. I love using other copper cooking pans but this was awful.
