Pros
The non-stick coating on the inside is very nice, it slides right off without much hassle. Food cooks evenly and heat is distributed evenly. No scratches from metal utensils,doesn't burn easily looks beautiful.
This saucepan is the perfect size! These are my favorite pots and frying pans. It is beautiful pot that i cannot smoke. Always had good luck with gothic steel products, my pants get ruined by others.
Cons
Not as advertised. Lids get too hot to handle, and you can not use metal utensils, contrary to advertising. They also scratch like most other nonstick pans.

A couple of paper towels couple of wipes with towels and gunk left over goes into trash can
