I’m not a fan of the grind starting an inch above the blade it made jobs like dicing an onion a bit harder than it should have been as it had to force it’s way through and spread whatever you are cutting that much further

I bought these because i’ve always wanted to try a global knife but have heard that the handles are polarizing and figured that this would be a nice way to do it without a huge investment
