Im certain i can do bacon or whatever in the oven with this but is it designed to use over the gas flame or notas most things made in china one has to figure this all out for oneself
The gotham steel reversible double grillgriddle which i thought was to be placed on top of the smokeless electric indoor grill
This is not a cheap item however it would be useful especially if cooking for a large party
As it turns out it can either go in the oven or perhaps go on top of the gas ring as stated thought this would be used in conjunction with the electric smokeless grill
