Pros

This pan fits inside my old cast iron skillet. Durability and non stick are pretty good. Yes, it can be done in this pan.

These are sturdy pans that heat evenly and the handle doesn’t get hot. Have not had to use oil at all. Maybe my success with it is that i tend to use small amounts of oil or ghee instead of no grease.

Cons

Don't waste your money on this frying pan. It does nothing but stick even with oil and grease. The pan is junk after the first use and is not worth the money.

Those who swear by gotham's products are liars, paid to say good things about it or just plain *. Don't buy this.

Your customer service stinks. Useless junk.
