About a week ago my wife was moving the slowcooker and she must have hit it on something and the glass lid broke

The call was made in the evening so she left a message with the answering service a real person not a machine

Honestly we didnt expect to hear anything back thinking that we would have to make the call again but that isnt what happened

We were contacted by gourmia early the next day who informed us that the slowcooker was under warranty and that they were sending a new one out that day
