It's easy to use, clean and it hasn't fallen on my fingers when cleaning. Easy to operate. Relatively easy to clean.

Extra cheap rip off of a simple design. Would not recommend this version of this type of product. Super frustrated that the motor isn't designed to run longer.

When using the product it grinds against itself and leaves a fine metallic powder. It shuts down from overheating after every 5 or 6 limes.

The handle is very heavy, and it will not stand up all the time. The dealbreaker however is that after two years of use the main slider is out of alignment and sticks, requiring major hand contortions make it slide.

Not only was it broken, it had been used (and not cleaned very well) i believe my product to be defective and i will be returning it. Lasted only 6 months and then fell apart. Made out of plastic and prone to breakage.
