The temperature control is the bottom knob it has the numbers running below the knob so they are very hard to see unless you bend way down or tip it up on its side get it into the light plus the numbers are so darn tiny they are almost impossible to read unless you get out a magnifying glass

Not only that the graduations of temperature are not listed in the usual increments of every 50 degrees for example but instead are listed as 176 230 284 320 356 392 degrees so it is rather tricky figuring out as even those are not the same intervals between each one

It would also be very helpful to have the temp guide printed on the machine as a general guideline to common foods cooked in it instead of guessing or having to keep referring to the manual
