I have 2 concerns the heater is too low and it touches the bread

And the heater isnt wide enough to cook all the top of the bread

The only thing is that i couldnt get the edges to brown a little pit even after i reduced the temperature trying to get everything to be ready at the same time but still the edges are good but not golden please notice that the coil on the top is right in the middle and doesnt go over the edges
