My complaint with the krups was that it pulverized the beans producing a grind that was too fine to be filtered out by the screen of my french press coffee maker resulting in a lot of sludge at the bottom of my cup.  Read Less

That's all it takes, and the results are as good as a high-end grinder for producing coarse-ground coffee for cold brewing.
