Quality
The grind is consistent, and can be adjusted from course for cold brew to super fine for espresso machines.
Greatproduct makes beans anyway you want to grind
The cup is awkward to empty and residual coffee from the down chute makes a mess.
It makes virtually zero noise and there is no static mess.
Price
All that aside, the grinder is really great for such a low price.

I would gladly have paid a few more dollars for a stainless steel container.
Shipping

Only complaint is that the grind adjustment for finer grinds is not great; but it works and much improvement over cuisinart.
