Pros

Tea steeper works great and easy to put in and out of the water. Love how it doesn't constantly heat itself to a certain degree but heats it back up to your programmed temp.

Easy to use. Easy, self explanatory */options. This thing is awesome! Reasonably priced electric tea kettle.

Cons

Tea basket is not removable. It pushes onto the lid, but it's not a really tight fit.

Will be returning the product. Very disappointing. Based on the short life-span, it's very unlikely i will purchase another gourmia product.

It's a nice unit, but it has one major flaw. Cons:*horrible customer service. Electronics are poorly engineered.

Every time i push the on button it sticks for a minute and i have to repress it. Either that or the display is faulty. It has to be reset every time i use it.

Worked great for about 4 months then just crapped out.

It's been over two weeks since the unit broke.

Shipping

As an update, while they said they shipped me a new one, over a week has gone by without the tracking number showing any detail.

I finally contacted them again, and they claim to have shipped out another unit.
