Pros

Size is great for packing in a suitcase and the operation and usability are great. Because it collapses, it's a bit flimsy feeling but that doesn't seem to impact use. Love it, very compact and easy to use.

The digital kettle is worth the extra over the simple on/off the 1st generation provides. Easy peasy. Despite using spring water, the buildup is marginal. Two small things keep this from being a 5 start kettle, firstly, it's not cheap.

This is way more attractive in person than in the photos. It's actually gorgeous. Super nice for making tea. This is perfect!

Cons

Boils over and leaks scalding the user. Error message appear and won't go away no matter how long i waited for boiler to cool off. The unit gets too hot to handle as well.
