When i got this my base had a wonky display and didnt show all the numbers which i was fine with but after a bit the base completely stopped working

I contacted their customer service department and they gave me a warranty replacement which actually turned out to be a whole new steamer set and not just the base

To top it off all of the plastic removable pieces are dishwasher safe unlike the hb model
