Pros & Cons
Pros
Gourmia adapter works perfectly on induction cooktop allowing use of non-magnetic cookware. It heats up as fast as a induction pot would. Blends nicely with cooktop.
Cons
The diffuser converts an induction cooker into a hotplate, seeming to me to lose most of the energy efficiency. It takes forever for what you are cooking in to get hot. If used with high heat, it can damage the cooktop.
Glum is should be held accountable for a faulty product. This is now useless!
Highlights
Quality
This works well with my induction cooktop and provides a great base for heating non-ferris pans
Very solidly built and it works too
This surface does not mimick an induction burner.
Half my pots and pans didn't work on my induction cooktop - which is my mew method of choice.
Price
These are expensive, but with this thing i can use any pot or pan no matter the size.
Competitiveness
Cheap alternative to replacing half your set of pots and pans.
