Pros

No plastic taste to the water and it heats up in less than 3 minutes.

Gourmia gk320 is a great product for travel. It does all that very well, and the portability is a bonus. Congrats to the design team. Just bought one for my daughter. It's just what i wanted for my rv.

How to make it compact for travel. It folds up neatly to easily pack in a suitcase or carryon. Great for those motels without a coffee maker.

Cons

The auto-off switch eventually stops working, which pretty much defeats the purpose of the entire device. I'm not sure if i received a defective unit because of poor quality control, but this is going back. It is either uneven or pops back up.
