I got to do the sample bowl for lunch and it had only been cooking 3 hrs or so at that point was impressed how tender the meat was already and it only got better at supper time
Wide variety of options but if i was to add something constructive a time to cook at x temp allowing a person to put in numerous temps and the time it uses that temp as well as a start time would be a nice addition
