Love this totally saved so much money by being able to use this for my son's smash cake.
It's a must buy for people who don't want to spend a ton of money on a smash cake
Packaging/appearance
I put a fondant "wrapper" around the base and used a cream cheese buttercream for the rosettes.
My second attempt was basically the same but luckily the mushroom look could easily be used for the party theme.
Competitiveness
Regardless, i used the instructions on the wilton website and it worked out perfectly.
I have different kinds of cake molds and most of them aren't that great.

Was very easy to get the cake out but this is much larger than i expected so i did not have enough cake mix

I guess i didn’t grease it well enough the first go around and the top piece broke off into the pan so i had to bake another one

I did cook the bottom for 10 minutes before putting the batter in the top to help with even cooking

I did end up having to bake longer than mentioned but i used a chocolate wrapper to decorate so i ended up cutting off the outside anyway and the inside was still nice and moist
