I did my research and decided on the gourmia rather than the more expensive instant pot.

There’s a small plastic bucket for catching condensation drips.

Competitiveness

I love the fact that they are just as good as the competition at a fraction of the cost.

I now have two gourmia brand pressure pots, one 6qt and now a 4qt.

This is an extremely difficult place to effectively clean without water getting everywhere including down into the actual base posing concerns of fluid getting into the electronics

While i have not looked inside the equipment to see if there is some sort of barrier from fluid affecting the circuit and i had no problems after this happened and i let the base dry for a day this is regardless a concern of mine
