Pros

The pressure cooker helps me make delicious foods in a time crunch. My favorite thing to make in it is roast chicken. Auto steam release means you don't have to risk releasing the hot steam yourself.

Pressure cooker is solidly built, the top locks for safety and the screen is bright. I am so glad i found this product, it is definitely worth purchasing! Thank you so much gourmia for having such a fabulous product on the market.

The gourmia is one of the few pressure cookers that have a stainless steel inner pot. It fits perfectly inside the inner pot for storage without a big loop handle making the lid set tilted.

Cons

This dial mechanism can only be described as loosey-goosey. It slips in and out of cycle selection and cycle pressure so that you have to advance it v-e-ery carefully. The knob (at least on mine) is horrendous.
